Maine Needham Festival Vendor Application 2026

Do you have Needhams or Needham-themed wares to sell? What about candy or potato-themed goods? Are you a Maine artisan or food truck? We invite you to join us to celebrate the culinary and cultural tradition of the Maine Needham at the 4th Annual Maine Needham Festival! Previous years' attendance has been 700-1,000 attendees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The registration fee of $50 reserves a 10 x 10 foot space.

• For liability purposes, the Maine Tasting Center requires a Certificate of Insurance listing both Maine Tasting Center and GroVest 101, LLC, as Additional Insured.

• This is an outdoor event. Vendors will need to bring their own booth set-up, including table, chairs, tent, etc.

• The festival includes a special contest just for vendors - we invite you to submit your best Needham-themed product to the contest and compete for a cash prize! With the exception of edible products, you will get your entered…
